We believe leadership happens at all levels and you start by learning to lead yourself. Through the Lee Construction Group Intern program, you will have ample opportunities to learn important real-world skills through multiple facets of the Construction Industry. As part of the Lee Construction Group Internship Program, your most important responsibility is to learn. You are expected to ask thoughtful questions, be willing to take on new tasks, and demonstrate that you are driven to go the extra mile. You will be challenged to step out of your comfort zone and to experience new things, which will build a foundation for you in your future career.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT INTERN - SUMMER 2023

As a Project Management Intern, some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Read, Understand, and Interpret Building Plans
  • Understand Key Construction Documents, including Geotech Reports, Drawings and Specifications, Submittals, RFI’s, Field Reports/Inspection Reports, Punchlists/Deficiency Logs, and Contractor’s Daily Reports
  • Document Control
  • Miscellaneous Tracking Logs – Caissons, Undercut, Concrete Pours, Inspections, etc.
